Collection: About ASK, reservations, shipping and returns

[ASK]
At our store, we may place an ASK on high-value items for which the price is negotiable.
We will negotiate by presenting the product title or SKU via email or LINE.

[Hold]
We will hold the item for one week after we receive your contact, but for items over 100,000 yen, please contact us by email if we have no other inquiries, and it will take another week. Extension is also possible.
*Please request an extension within the hold period.

【Delivery company】
Basically, we will send by Yamato Transport, but items over 300,000 yen will be shipped by Sagawa Express.

[About returns]
The cases eligible for return are as follows.
・The product you ordered is different.
-The title and the actual product model number were different.
- Malfunctions that were not listed

For returns, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product .
Please send the item to our store by cash on delivery and we will issue you a refund once we have confirmed the symptoms you pointed out.
Please note that when we check the returned item at our store, if it is not found to be defective, or if the condition has significantly changed from when it was shipped, we will not be able to return the item for a refund and re-delivery will be cash on delivery.
Please note that items not shown in the images are not included.

*Junk/current condition
Please note that we will not accept returns or refunds for products that are listed as junk or as-is in the title , even if there is a defect that is not mentioned in the description.
