Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund for any cancellations made by the customer after we have contacted them about shipping.

If there is an obvious delivery error, please notify us by email within 7 days after receiving the product .
* Please note that if the customer directly communicates with the delivery company, the delivery company's warranty will not apply .
In this case, please do not throw away the packaging materials , as the shipping company will determine if the item was negligent.
